For the last seven years, Lillian has been specialising in delivering mental health services to clients with diverse needs. Lillian has the passion, knowledge and skills required in supporting people with mental health challenges for people aged seven years and above using a holistic approach to provide support to help them reach their goals.

Lillian offers one on one and group sessions for people under NDIS program to assess and offer support as needed uniquely in a confidential and trusting relationship that is mutually enjoyed.

She will discuss important issues in your life, including your diet, engagement in gentle but consistent exercises, address your sleep patterns and other areas that need focus to promote mental health and well-being.

Lillian also focuses on providing evidence-based support and encouragement to people with addiction so that they can break free and live their best life.

She can also assess your medication recommendation, management, and offer advice that aligns with your treatment outcomes in collaboration with your primary service providers.

Lillian uses a holistic approach to life stress and recovery-focused goals using evidence-based practice and up-to-date information to achieve the desired outcomes for all her clients.

For clients needing further support or different services, Lillian can offer advice and referrals to services in the community.

Qualifications:

Master in Mental Health, Nursing

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing

Diploma & Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management

Certificate in Life Coaching
